System:

Q:    Memory mode: I lost a time when a stop-imulse occours and I press enter at the same time.
A:    This is a little bug. If you leave the memory-mode and return to the memory-mode again, you will see the "lost" time. We are working about that at the moment...
 

Troubleshooting:

Q:    I got the new software version of the TdC. But it has the wrong language. Do I need an other software?
A:    No. See the manual how to choose your language.

Show Jumping:

Q:    I got the new software version of the TdC 8000 plus, but in show jumping it calculates still 0,25 points per started second instead of 1 point. 
A:    You can adjust the calculated penalty points for overtime. If you go in the menue with <ALT> and <MENU> and select point 37 it will allow you to adjust the penalty seconds for overtime. Input here 1.00 instead of 0.25.
